How to make a homemade fish stick

A simple and tasty fish stick made with just a few ingredients is ready to be tossed in a stir fry or baked with your favorite dip.

It’s all about the veggies, of course, and if you have a large vegetable garden or can easily find them, a couple of small ones can be used to keep the whole meal from going to waste.

The basic recipe makes for about 12 fish sticks, which is enough for two servings.

(Note: A larger fish stick could be used for two meals, and a smaller fish stick for one.)
