In Spain, it’s called a chorizo en poblano, or fish in bacon.
The traditional dish is served at parties and gatherings, with fish and meat dishes as well as other dishes, like rice, rice porridge and soups.
The fish, shrimp and other seafood is often cooked in a slow cooker, but there are also recipes that require you to cook it yourself.
“If you can’t cook the fish yourself, you can also use a slow-cooker, but you will get the best results by making it in advance,” said Mario Castillo, author of the Spanish version.
The recipe for the fish fry, known as chorizado en poblanos, is based on the original dish, which is made with squid and fish, but it’s adapted for a slow cooking method, he said.
“It’s a traditional dish.
It’s not just a simple fish in a sauce.
It has a lot of flavor.”
Castillo also noted that there are other ways to prepare fish in the United States, such as sautéing it in butter and then simmering it for hours or days at a time, or by braising it in fat.
“In the US, you cook the food, then you just fry it.
And then you take it out of the pan and throw it away,” he said, adding that the best way to prepare seafood is to eat it.
“You can just take it to a restaurant, have a great meal, and it’s ready for you.”
